The Devil’s Stone

Funen's finest rock carving from the Late Bronze Age weighs 3.5 tonnes and has more than 100 bowl signs

In Hollænderhuset near Lohals you can see one of Funen’s finest rock carvings from the newer Stone Age. The stone weighs 3.5 tons and is split into two parts. On the stone are 198 bowl markings and two hands. The stone, named the Devil’s Stone, has been declared a Danefae (Objects of precious metal or of cultural-historical value from the past).
