Manfred Werner - Visual Artist and Sculptor
Art Objects, Jewelry, and Paintings
Sculptures, objects, serigraphs and jewellery.
Manfred's favourite materials are often taken from nature and the beach in the form of driftwood, stones, candles, etc. He also works with reindeer antlers, horn, mammoth tooth, soapstone, ebony, amber, brass, glass, etc. where he often combines several of these materials in one piece.
Greenland
Manfred has travelled 16 times to northern Greenland to explore the indigenous life, art and traditions of the Inuit, and many of his works are influenced by his great interest in this.
In Manfred's works you can clearly see his other interest in nature and wildlife.
Theatre and ventriloquist dummies
Since 2010, he has also devoted himself to making ventriloquist and theatre puppets. His puppets, all unique, can be found on stages in many European countries and the USA.
