The Meatball Festival in Lohals is an annual event that attracts happy people with lots of live music, stalls and fun activities for both children and adults - and not least, delicious meatballs! The cosy day for the whole family takes place in beautiful surroundings, and best of all, admission is completely FREE.
The date of this year's event is 17 July 2025, and the festivities will run from 12:00 to 22:30. The whole day will be filled with live music.

A skilful emcee will guide you through the day with lots of fun and entertainment.
Local eateries will serve delicious and flavourful meatballs so you can enjoy the local taste.
There will also be fun activities for both children and adults.
The unofficial Meatball World Cup
For those who love making meatballs, the unofficial Meatball World Cup will be held, where you can win a special prize. To enter, you must make 4 identical homemade meatballs, which will be tasted and judged by a panel of judges. The winner will be revealed on stage, so make sure to be there.
