Take a musical journey when Hanne Boel performs with her trio. Together with guitarists Jacob Funch and Jens Runge, they bring both old and new songs to life with a very special expression. With calm and presence, they perform songs from Boel's 22nd album ‘Norwegian Recordings’, which was recorded during a tour in Norway. The album is a combination of live recordings and minimalist additions, where the music and vocals take centre stage.
Less is more has been the mantra during the creation of the album, and this can be clearly felt during the concert, where the intimate, acoustic arrangements create a very special atmosphere. Look forward to hearing both new songs and reinterpretations of classics like ‘Light In Your Heart’ from 1990 and the beloved ‘Killing Me Softly With His Song’. It will be an evening of refined music that speaks to the heart.
