Strynø Saunafestival
17-18/4 2025 Join us for an unforgettable Banyacamp at Øhavets Smakke- og naturcamp. Here, sauna culture, coziness and learning are combined in scenic surroundings on beautiful Strynø.
At Smakkecenteret on beautiful Strynø, you can join the Sauna Festival as something completely new. A so-called Banyacamp will see the light of day for the first time on April 17 and 18.
You can either participate in a single day (either Thursday or Friday) for sauna pampering, coziness and dinner around the fire or join both days.
By participating in both days, a basic course is included that gives you insight into sauna culture, health benefits and practical skills. You will receive a certificate and gain theoretical knowledge, technical skills, practical training and knowledge about safety as well as an introduction to banya culture and the ‘Træk Vejret’ training.

For each ticket sold, 1,000 kroner goes to the TRÆK VEJRET project. A Langeland school project. The Sauna Festival is thus a fantastic opportunity for both personal development and to support a good cause.
